CartShipping Information
The information below will be helpful to you when your new Ironclad goal arrives. Your goal will be delivered via a freight carrier equipped with a lift gate. The carrier is responsible for bringing your shipment to the curb of your property and obtaining a signature verifying delivery.
As the receiver, your responsibility is to inspect the freight, check for damage, and confirm that the proper number of packages have been delivered. Please diligently perform these functions before signing. We ask that you are especially careful to inspect the backboard as that is the item that is most susceptible to damage during shipping.
If there is damage to any of the components of your shipment, have the driver note the damage for that component on the delivery receipt and refuse the damaged component(s) only. You should accept any of the components that are without damage.
Below is a table showing the number of packages per model, and the total shipment weight. Please verify that the number of packages delivered is consistent with the number noted in the table below. If you are short a package, have the driver note the shortage on the delivery receipt.
